Patients are seen by appointment during our regular office hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We offer four convenient locations in the Montgomery and Howard County community. Please note, however, that each doctor may not practice at all locations. Our courteous office staff will be happy to assist you with scheduling an appointment with the appropriate doctor in the most convenient location for you.

If you are visiting us for the first time or for a new condition, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for registration. For your convenience, our Patient History Forms are now available online. Also, please bring your insurance information (please see Insurance for further specifications) and a list of all medications you are currently taking. Please notify us of any changes in name, address, telephone numbers and insurance carriers as they occur, so we can keep your records current.

We strive to see all patients in a timely fashion, however, there are occasions when emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances will interfere with our appointment schedule. Our staff will make every effort to notify you if any significant delays are anticipated. In like manner, if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
