Prescriptions can be requested during normal office hours by calling the office. If possible, please call at least two full days before your prescription will deplete to allow our staff the opportunity to collaborate with your physician. When calling for a prescription refill, please have your name, birth date, daytime telephone number, the name of the medication and the name and phone number of the pharmacy you utilize. We do not dispense prescriptions on weekends or after regular office hours.
