Rebecca Aronson, D.O.

Dr. Rebecca Aronson is a board certified physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation and is certified by the ISCD in bone densitometry. She is originally from Montgomery County and is one of the newest members to join the Potomac Valley Orthopaedic Associates team of physicians. Dr. Aronson completed her residency at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC in 2005. While at NRH she was the principal investigator assessing the impact an interventional package had on diagnosis and treatment for osteoporosis in the acute care setting. That year her research was selected for poster presentation at the annual American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Conference. In addition, while at NRH, Dr. Aronson attained 99th percentile on her inservice examination among all nationwide residents in her class. Following residency she recieved additional training in musculoskeletal medicine at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Aronson specializes in musculoskeletal medicine, electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS), and osteoporosis care.
