When you call any of the four office location phone numbers, your call will be routed through our Call Center. Our Call Center was established in March of 2006 to provide heightened customer service to patients and other callers. Our Call Center is located in our Olney office and is staffed by our own PVOAC employees, who are trained to answer and direct your call efficiently.
While our knowledgeable staff is trained to answer most questions, there are times when it is more appropriate for you to speak directly with a physician. In this case we will be happy to take a message and the doctor will contact you as soon as possible.
If you call before or after regular office hours, you will reach our answering service. The service will promptly notify the doctor or physician's assistant on call. In the event of an emergency, please go immediately to the nearest hospital/emergency room.
