We would like to introduce to you our Call Center.

The Call Center is located in the Olney office and the staff answer all phone calls for the practice.
Our professional and courteous staff are trained to provide patients and referring physicians with outstanding customer service.
The Call Center’s goal is to accommodate the requests of our patients and primary care physicians in a prompt, reliable, and efficient manner.
The staff consists of an office manager, 1 operator, 4 appointment schedulers, and 1 orthopaedic tech.
The Call Center hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
The Call Center receives 2500 calls per week; and an average of 700 calls are answered on a Monday
The peak time for patient phone calls is Monday morning and Friday afternoons

In 2009, Potomac Valley Orthopaedic Associates will begin implementing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System to enhance the efficiency of our offices and the quality of our patient care. This new system has many features, and one will allow patients to fill out and submit patient history forms directly online!
