Smoothie Recipe For Super Strong Bones
The two nutritional keys to bone health are calcium and Vitamin D. This recipe contains a ton of both. Fortified orange juice takes care of the Vitamin D, while greek yogurt and spinach are both packed with calcium.
- 1 cup fortified orange juice
- 6-7 Ice cubes
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy outside on a sunny day for maximum Vitamin D and enjoyment!
