The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics is redefining the way musculoskeletal care is delivered across the region with locations throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Our Director of Rehabilitation is Diana Gersuk. A Maryland native, Diana obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Towson University. She then earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Diana has always had a passion for sports medicine and orthopedics, having worked as a personal trainer prior to becoming a Physical Therapist and completing an internship at Johns Hopkins University in the Athletic Training department. She has enjoyed developing her skill set while she’s grown as a professional and obtained certifications in Kinesiotaping and Dry Needling as a Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist.
As a certified Clinical Instructor, she enjoys accepting Physical Therapy students from local doctoral programs to serve as a mentor for those who will soon enter the field. Her clinical style is patient-centered care with a focus on active interventions coinciding with evidence-based practice. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and 2 beautiful children.
