Diana Gersuk, PT, DPT, CMTPT —
A Maryland native, Diana Gersuk obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Towson University. She then went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Diana has always had a passion for sports medicine and orthopedics, having worked as a personal trainer prior to becoming a Physical Therapist and completing an internship at Johns Hopkins University in the Athletic Training department. She has enjoyed developing her skill set while she’s grown as a professional and obtained certifications in Kinesiotaping and Dry Needling as a Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist. Diana sees patients in our newest office in Germantown and serves as Director of Physical Therapy for Potomac Valley Sports Medicine. As a certified Clinical Instructor, she enjoys accepting Physical Therapy students from local doctoral programs to serve as a mentor for those who will soon enter the field. Her clinical style is patient-centered care with a focus on active interventions coinciding with evidence-based practice. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and 2 beautiful children.
